1、起吊和運(yùn)輸時(shí)，起吊附件能保證吊件的支撐。提升泵電機(jī)底座應(yīng)從泵和電機(jī)或底座的下部提升。提升單個(gè)泵應(yīng)從泵進(jìn)口法蘭和支架上的吊環(huán)螺栓處提升。

4、整機(jī)就位、整平、灌漿，泵一般采用二次灌漿對(duì)基礎(chǔ)預(yù)留洞進(jìn)行整平。將地腳螺栓插入泵座的螺栓孔，裝上墊圈，擰上螺母。對(duì)基礎(chǔ)地腳螺栓預(yù)留孔進(jìn)行灌漿，待混凝土凝固后擰緊地腳螺栓上的螺母，檢查標(biāo)高并校正，用無收縮水泥砂漿對(duì)泵底座進(jìn)行二次灌漿，并用混凝土填充底座下方的空間，確保無氣孔。焊接底座應(yīng)澆注在槽鋼底座的上表面。安裝電機(jī)后，進(jìn)行校正。
4. The whole machine is in place, leveled and grouted. The pump generally adopts secondary grouting to level the reserved hole of the foundation. Insert the anchor bolt into the bolt hole of the pump base, install the washer and screw the nut. Grout the reserved holes of foundation anchor bolts, tighten the nuts on the anchor bolts after the concrete is solidified, check the elevation and correct it, use non shrinkage cement mortar to conduct secondary grouting on the pump base, and fill the space under the base with concrete to ensure that there are no pores. The welded base shall be cast on the upper surface of the channel steel base. After installing the motor, correct it.
