1．嚴(yán)格的厭氧環(huán)境沼氣發(fā)酵微生物包括產(chǎn)酸菌和產(chǎn)甲烷菌兩大類，它們都是厭氧細(xì)菌，尤其是產(chǎn)生甲烷的甲烷菌對(duì)氧特別敏感。它們不能在有氧的環(huán)境中生存，哪怕微量的氧存在，也會(huì)使發(fā)酵受阻。因此，建造一個(gè)不漏氣、不漏水的密閉沼氣池，是人工制取沼氣的關(guān)鍵。
1. Biogas fermentation microorganisms in strict anaerobic environment include acid-producing bacteria and methanogens, which are both anaerobic bacteria, especially methanogens which produce methane are particularly sensitive to oxygen. They do not survive in an aerobic environment, and even trace amounts of oxygen can hinder fermentation. Therefore, the construction of a sealed biogas digester without leaking gas and water is the key to manually produce biogas.
2．足夠和優(yōu)良的接種物接種物是沼氣發(fā)酵所需要的含有大量微生物的厭氧活性污泥，也稱菌種。只有具備足夠優(yōu)良的接種物才能保證沼氣發(fā)酵高效運(yùn)行。農(nóng)村戶用沼氣池的接種物一般來源于老沼氣池的沼渣（沼液）、陰溝的污泥、糞坑底部的沉渣等。接種物用量一般占總發(fā)酵液的30％左右。
2. Sufficient and excellent inoculants are anaerobic activated sludge containing a large number of microorganisms, also known as strains, which is needed for biogas fermentation. Only with good enough inoculum can biogas fermentation run efficiently. The inoculants of rural household biogas digesters generally come from the sludge of old biogas digesters (biogas slurry), sewage sludge, sediment at the bottom of the dung pit, etc. Inoculants generally account for about 30% of the total fermentation broth.
3．必要的發(fā)酵溫度沼氣發(fā)酵菌種在8℃～60℃范圍內(nèi)都能發(fā)酵產(chǎn)氣，并且溫度越高，發(fā)酵越活躍，產(chǎn)沼氣越多。因此，作為常溫發(fā)酵的農(nóng)村戶用沼氣池，應(yīng)盡量使其發(fā)酵溫度保持在8℃以上。
3. The necessary fermentation temperature of biogas fermentation bacteria can ferment to produce gas in the range of 8 60 C, and the higher the temperature, the more active the fermentation, the more biogas is produced. Therefore, as a rural household biogas digester with normal temperature fermentation, the fermentation temperature should be kept above 8 C as far as possible.
4．適宜的酸堿度在沼氣發(fā)酵過程中，沼氣菌適宜在中性或微堿性的環(huán)境中繁殖。發(fā)酵液的ph值控制在6.8～7.5為宜。如低于或高于此值，沼氣發(fā)酵就會(huì)緩慢，甚至不能正常進(jìn)行。
4. Suitable acidity and alkalinity in biogas fermentation process, biogas bacteria are suitable for breeding in neutral or slightly alkaline environment. It is advisable to control the pH value of fermentation broth at 6.8-7.5. If this value is lower or higher, biogas fermentation will be slow or even not normal.
